Q1) WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY? 
A. Satin Bake & Cookie does not offer any types of refunds (unless items are damaged, missing, or incorrect). Once an item is purchased and received by the customer, they are solely responsible for the cookies/product that was purchased. Multiple orders from the same household will not be canceled.

Q2) WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 
A. We do not accept returns, as our cookies are freshly made to order. However, if your order does not meet our quality standards, please contact us at satinbakers@gmail.com or call +91 82889 03788 with pictures of the issue. Our team will review it and arrange a replacement or refund.

Q3) WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND AMOUNT?
A. Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of initiation.
